Throughout a career spanning more than 35 years, I have led large-scale operations, established new business units, and driven operational and commercial growth across the apparel and textile sector.

Over the course of my career, I have established and scaled operations, led business transformation initiatives, and improved productivity, quality, and profitability across multiple organizations. My experience includes managing production operations of up to 250,000 units per day, setting up and operationalizing garment processing facilities, and leading projects that delivered significant improvements in cost efficiency, quality performance, and production capacity.

I have worked closely with leading international brands including GAP, H&M, Zara, Primark, Tommy Jeans, Jack & Jones, and C&A, supporting product development, operational excellence, and large-scale production execution. I have also served as a Non-Executive Director and currently provide technical and strategic consulting to organizations seeking to improve operational performance and business results.
